With Rethink Chocolate, I am on a mission to bring a light of joy to my customers. My chocolate is not just a treat — it is real food with real purpose.

In the works since 2017

The idea for Rethink Chocolate first emerged in 2017, when I began to develop an interest in nutrition and considered pursuing it as a career. I searched the market for super dark chocolate that tasted good. After much unsuccessful searching, I decided to make it myself, and I checked the internet for some recipes. Over time, I made tweaks to create a smooth, rich, and delicious 100% dark homemade chocolate that my friends and family loved.

From 2019 to 2020, I returned to school to study Holistic Nutrition and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Now I wish to help others live a life of faith, family, friends, and delicious, real food.

When making my chocolate, I use Certified Organic ingredients when possible and add no sugar or alternative sweeteners.
